Dear Sir or Madam,

We, the leadership of the SVRA, will be putting on 5 two-day shows in 2011. All shows will be held at Mountain Springs Rodeo Arena, Shartlesville PA. The dates will be as follows, May 21 and 22, June 25 and 26, July 23 and 24, August 20 and 21, and September 24 and 25.

The SVRA has been operating since 2003, putting on shows using many different arenas. Last year (2010) we took a huge leap and started putting on our own shows at Shartlesville. They are readily equipped to accommodate all our needs and provide an indoor arena that will insure a consistent and safe footing for the horses.

We are very thankful for all the people and businesses that sponsored us last year and made a successful year possible. We are asking once again for your sponsorship for the 2011 season so we can continue to put on these shows. Our goal is to be able to provide prizes for each class, as well as give out year end awards. Your support will be greatly appreciated. You will receive a receipt for your generous donation. Please make checks payable to: SVRA.

Friends: $25-$49	Name on the SVRA website
Partners: $50-$99	Name in all programs for the year
Bronze: $100-$249	Name and Business Card in all programs for the year
Silver: $250-$499	1/4 page ad in program and Banner displayed for the year
Gold: $500- $999	1/2 page ad in program and Banner for the year
Platinum: $1,000 and up	Full page ad in program and Banner for the year

We will also be putting a link on the SVRA.NET web page for our sponsors. We will link all businesses that donate $250 or more. The links will remain during the 2011 year.
